  • I have been going here a few weeks now and I love it! The teachers are super friendly and helpful. I personally love corrections and when the instructors assist in stretching you or pushing you mentally further. Christine has been my favorite so far! I also like the workout because you can push yourself as little or as much as you want. Plus it keeps your flexibility up, and is more focused on the body shape I want by lengthening your muscles and bettering your posture. Other studios I've been to have been too small and crowded. This facility is really nice and finally enough space to move around! It's always clean too, which I really appreciate :) So far the price has been right - their New Client Special is $99 unlimited for a month! I am hoping there are additional deals or ways to keep it affordable going forward, though it seems like it, as they are also doing a Bingo game special right now where you can win prizes including a free month of classes! Convinced my sister to take a class with me and she signed up as well. Definitely worth trying out! :)
