  • There was one piece of a chocolate pie slice left and my friend only wanted chocolate pie and the girl working took the pie from her and said you can't have this it's too ugly and took it in the back expecting her to bring us another piece. Nope. She told us we could only buy a whole pie. They had a bunch of whole chocolate pies and since they sell them by the slice I suggested she cut more. She refused saying we have plenty of cut pie in other choices. Which they didn't and that wasn't the point my friend wanted a slice of chocolate pie and she took the only one left to throw it out because it looked ugly then refused to cut another piece. There were only 3 pie flavor choice options by the slice all yucky sounding. My son got a slice of berry and said it was awful tasting. Even after complaining several times about her refusing to cut more chocolate pie she refused and didn't care to do anything about it. I normally recommend this place and order holiday pies from them. But I won't do that ever again you surely lost this customer for good and I will no longer recommend this place.
