  • Only giving one star because they force me to. They are the worst. No help, no communication, only letters about what you're doing wrong. I came to get a pool key, they refused to help and said they were going to lunch and to call later. The property I live it is on the opposite end of town, and I work the hours they are open - making it extremely difficult for me to come down. I'd also like to point out that I only need to come down because of some new rule they established, which is keeping renting tenants out of the pool - a pool we pay for with our HOA fees. Maybe I don't want the key though. They rarely maintain the pool, and when it's open, it's only open for a week or two, before it's too gross again to use, which closes it again. I won't even go into detail about the abandoned houses and excessive weeds and plants growing in the area. I love our landlord, but I absolutely despise Camco.
