  • Came in yesterday after having an unfortunate experience with a swap meet phone shop owner (dude didn't even show up for the appointment, super shady). After calling 8 other stores in the area that happened to not do camera phone repairs, I called Batteries + Bulbs, asking about a Samsung S6 camera repair. Jermie said that they can help me and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to come right in and have my phone serviced. Unfortunately, the camera piece they had was broken, so my phone couldn't be fixed that day. But Jermie was really apologetic about it, and had the parts ordered and to be delivered the next day before I even asked (also for no additional charge). Fast forward to next day, I had the pleasure of being helped out by Conner. I explained my situation, while the manager, Mary, and another associate, Evalyn, were helping another customer. Mary and Evalyn were extremely charming and helpful to their customer. He looked pretty satisfied with their customer service when he left as well. Jonais, another associate, was working meticulously on something behind the desk and she looked super focused on her work, which tells me that they take their quality work very seriously. Mary overheard my issue with my phone and went straight to the back to retrieve the part that I needed for my phone repair and double checked that it was correct; I really appreciated her anticipation of my needs. Conner started the functionality tests on my phone, which I think it's great, in not only showing the customer that everything works, but also that they know the condition that they receive the phone. Conner gave me a quote time of 2 hours, taking into account that there is someone ahead of me, so I thought that's an appropriate amount of time to make sure they they do a good job. All in all, Batteries + Bulbs on Craig has a great staff that cares about the quality of work they turn out for their customers, as well as their quality of customer service that give to their patrons. They cool peoples. I will consider myself their customer from now on.
