  • If I could give them no stars, I would. I won't go into details, but I hear from my friends, that Delta discharges its experienced people, and hires young, foreign and often non-english speaking people, as cheaply as possible, to pump up profits. My fiasco, involved 1) a bad installation of a water heater, not up to code (wrong diameter pipe), 2) upon a repair call, a full four people coming buy, and not even attempting to fix the water heater, while my tenants went a week without hot water. Delta Mechanical is what is going wrong with all of America, and potentially all the world, punish hard working experienced people, replacing them with cheap clueless people. I strongly encourage Home Depot, to stop using Delta Mechanical for plumbing related installations and service. I'm really, REALLY done with Delta Mechanical.
