  • I can get over how they never accept even brand new items and are incredibly nit picky. I can get over how you're offered pennies when they do accept something. But what I can't get over is the TERRIBLE customer service. It's baaaad. No one greets you. There is no adequate queue system and when it's time to check out, no one even glances your way. I usually go here (never to sell, I've given up on that) to pick up last minute pieces and the service is the same every time I go. Employees seem to be very unhappy and I'm shocked that it's always like this. They'll chat amongst themselves but do a poor job at greeting customers. A fellow shopper and I once waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to tend to us. She and I were both cracking up at how horrible they were. I finally said, "Hi...customers here. Can you check us out please?" Four employees looked at each other all irritable and finally checked us out. I do like a bargain so I'll return but they really need to work on hiring and training better people.
