  • Where do I start. I say the deals on Facebook and thought "it hasn't been awhile since I've gotten a haircut" so I booked it was set to go 7/27 12pm while reading the reviews I was very hesitant on going, I even tried to book an appointment at ulta but they wouldn't take me same day. So after look at my stylist "Jasmine" I figured there were no reviews on her so I would give it a chance. I get there at 11:45 to find out my stylists is yang already knowing a few incidents with my stylists when I sat down I told her exactly what I wanted. I wanted a A line medium bob I already had a grown out ombré and wanted to just lighten the ends also I am 20 weeks pregnant and do not want any of my growth touch. I asked her what my Facebook deal came with and I did not want to up charge anything else. After showing her the picture she exclaimed what j wanted was a bolyage. I told her no it does not look like that and I do not want that. So she proceeded to grab some bleach and tin foil and "highlight" my hair. I should have stopped her there but thought maybe theirs a method to this madness. After she finished and began rinsing my hair after 5 minutes she was telling me the color isn't going to take and I need a toner that's 20 dollars I did not want anything so she used a purple shampoo. Then began the hair cut she reasked to see the photo I gave her for .2 seconds she told me my hair was very damaged but didn't want to cut it that short I told her I didn't want it very short but to get it off my shoulders. After the be result of the blow dry that I don't know why stylists want to blown dry your hair into a 60's due the color was up into my roots it was several different shades of blonde I have bangs now for some reason and my cut is choppy and not aline or even short it's still about the same length minus half an inch. Yang has a. Great personality and is obviously passionate but does not listen. While checking out she told the girl that she did an ombré for me and a cut the total was $80 I said absolutely not my Facebook deal was 55. They said it was up charged and I reminded them that I immediately said I will not be up-charged for anything. The salon is beautiful and looks professional and the staff is nice I just wasn't listened to, as well as I was there once of the stylists name Colette? Was saying loudly she hated two other stylists Kira and jaq and I feel this is not the attitude you should have near guests. She also have one lady too many highlights and was frustrated when she didn't like it she passed by my stylists saying " you gotta be kidding me" maybe if you ask us questions this wouldn't happen. We as your guests make your company. Update: Johannes contacted me and apologizes they offered me a full refund and a couple take home products he was very professional and sweet to me. He made me feel at ease and did not point blame at me he told me he talked to the stylist to find out what happened and because of the lack of consultation understood why I wasn't happy. It would probably be awhile before I come back I would only come back because of how Johanne handled the situation.
