  • Had to downgrade from 4 to 1 star due to the new ownership. Bill helped design my business card & edits in 2016 for free. I placed my first order with the new owners in 02/2017 and they also did free updates (as Bill had). I paid $69.99 + tax for 1000 two-sided cards (shiny front, matt back). Went to order another 1000 05/17... enlarged the font, added a space above the bottom line and darkened the blue on three words. They quoted the same $69.99 but added $10 for edits. I explained I hadn't been charged for edits previously and would have appreciated being told first. Janine called and said it was always their policy, didn't know why I wasn't charged in Feb (blah, blah, blah)... but the $10 stands. $10 is fair. However, it's not appropriate to tack it on after the fact, when a customer hasn't been charged before, or to lie about it after. The amount of time wasted over $10 lousy bucks says it all... who does this? P.S. Get everything in writing, folks...
