Purchased a 2015 Certified Pre owned Yukon Denali XL from Van Chevorlet and the second we signed the papers and were about to drive off the lot the A/C Compressor went out we had to come back the next day pull the car seats out of the car and take a loaner for the day. OK things do happen. Then 5 days later my wife is about to leave costco to pick up our kids from school and the car wont start. DEAD BATTERY. I called van and told them they needed to come out bring a new battery which they should have done before we bought a CERTIFIED PRE OWNED vehicle and they refused they explained that the car was not theirs it was ours and that we needed to call a 1-800 road side assistance phone # as we had also bought a $4,000 Extended warranty and they would come right out. We called the phone number all while at costco in the parking lot the roadside people said sorry we don't bring out batteries. I had to personally go to the costco JUMP START the new YUKON DENALI and then my 8 month pregnant wife had to drive 30 mins in her car all the way to the dealership to get a new battery that I then personally installed because they were much to busy to handle it. I even spoke to the Director of sales in the used car dept at van and he could have cared less about our issue he already got his $$$$ I will never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone. They don't do anything to CERTIFY these vehicles other then file the paperwork nothing is done to these cars physically to solve any of their problems !! 1 Star !!!
