If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst hotel experience ever. 1st off there's no free breakfast and they charge $16 to park when it should be totally free. I check in to my room, go in bathroom...covered in what looked like sand or coffee grinds of some sort. Call concierge & they arrive and say 'oh it's a plumbing issue, you may have to change rooms'. While waiting for them to come up to look at it, I attempt to turn thermostat down and when my finger touched it...it broke into pieces. So it's on to room #2. Sink looks good, air works. So I unpack everything and go down for a bite to eat @ in hotel restaurant(don't get the burger-greasy as could be) and lay on bed to unwind. Turn tv on....nada. Call concierge again.
Guy comes in and says gimme about 15 minutes(poor English so I think that's what he said) to program another card. Comes back, still not working. The man tells me(again with poor English so I think) that he gets non stop calls about Tv's not working.
After fooling with it for a bit, it's beyond repair and there are no more backup devices and that I will have to change rooms. AGAIN!
So I'm livid, speak to manager and get assigned a 3rd room. If my work wasn't paying for this trip of 3 days & had this been my own I would've been gone already. Instead, the manager says he will add some points into my Hilton account for future use. Whippee
Bottom line = you can do much, much better for hotels in this price range(like free breakfast) and area. Never again!
