  • Frustration station... came here for our taxes.... was super happy... at first. Paid the additional money for Peace I'd Mind protection... just in case.... turns out a mistake was made by H&R Block associate and instead of a $900 refund that we thought we were going to get... we now owe $1500. Since we bought the Peace of Mind insurance... we were informed that H&R Block would cover it.... that made us really thrilled.... since that news... we keep getting contacted asking for something else, something more... we now are even having to pull our phone records from earlier in the year to prove we called them.... this is absolutely crap. They admitted to making the mistake but we are having to jump through ridiculous hoops hoping we will give up and they won't have to pay for their mistakes. Horrible business practices... shame on you.
