  • I was fortunate to have Ed (manager) of the place to suggest me of the lens choices. I had three glasses made with two progressive; one clear "Xtractive" transitional, one progressive dark polarized. Plus, one with single vision polarized sun glass. He clearly explained to me the good and the bad of the "polarized" lenses, and now, I know why. I'm glad my clear-transitional "Xractive" is not "polarized". One of my frame (half-frame) was not perfectly tight, and they were willing to remake the glasses, however, Ed brought a same new frame, and re-fitted the lenses right in front of my eyes. Yes, a frame defect. Problem solved right on the spot! Thanks Ed!! P.S. These are my first experience with progressive lenses. I had slight blurring on the side view for a while, but my eyes are now used to it, and yes, I can see the real world now. LoL
