I shop here regularly.But I have yet to get a genuine greeting from the cashiers who,after all this time,ought to know me by sight if not by name. Unfortunately the atmosphere is usually chilly. I've never been greeted in a way that might encourage me to come back.
I'd blame this on the manager, not just the cashiers. I've never met the manager, not that I know of anyway {met no one who conducted themselves like a manager}.They're invisible.The manager ought to be high profile, they need to observe what goes on in their store and customers should know who they are.But the snots who work there need to wake up and the manager needs to come out of the office once in a while. I might give a different Petsmart location my business, or switch over to Petco.
I've read another review about how someone loves "this place" and "Debbie the manager"is always happy to see her and her dogs. I guess manager "Debbie" is very selective about which customers get greeted ? Is there a requirement that you come in with dogs ?
