  • I'm a diamond member and stay about 100 nights a year at Choice hotels. This place is by far one of the worst I've ever stayed at in all aspects. First of all, this hotel is located in a very sketchy area, the parking lot is behind a bar and is poorly lit. The hotel room was old and basically a dump. We also found dried blood on the walls. When I told the front desk, they shook it off and said there are no other rooms available. I talked to the front desk the next morning to check out early and possubly get my points back in which the guy replied, if you weren't happy with the room you should have said something last night....I couldn't believe he said that since it was the same guy I talk to the night before. I called Choice's customer service line to complain and the manager apparently was forced to apologize. Here is the saddest excuse of an apology I ever received, verbatim: "Hello sir, We are sorry for the yesterday, but we do not have any room with the Jacuzzi in it. So how can we give you that types of room, and We just want to inform you that we only charged your point just for one night that you spent in our Hotel. we already cancelled your rest of the nights reservation without any penalty. Thank you." As you can see, they clearly don't understand or care about the concerns of their customers after reading whatever this was. Stay away from this place and find a different hotel chain.
