  • Do not get Jesse as your customer service helper! I wanted to pay off my phone and check out other options that would save me money. He had no suggestions other than I was free to search out another provider. I asked him if I could get my phone cleaned and he replied he was not a cleaning service but I could buy new products starting at $13 OR he could provide alcohol wipes IF I didn't have some at home already. I said of course to purchasing items and when he stepped away to get items....I left the store and went to the mall where the booth guys no how to make a customer happy. Jesse at Verizon needs a class in servicing the public.
