  • Walked in with cash in hand to buy the top of the line iPad Pro. The salesperson drove me away with their lack of knowledge and careless attitude. Wish I would have gotten her name to report her. This store used to be the only store I bought my Apple products from, not anymore. When I got my MacBook here last year they were more than willing to talk to be about features, their competitors and price matching. It's annoying when the salesperson won't even go check on something for a customer. Thank goodness a Best Buy is across the parking lot.
