I applied to Azul on Indeed and got a call the very next day to come in for an interview the following week. I spent time, money, and energy preparing for the interview. When I arrived, I was handed a phone and the manager stated she "had other stuff to do" and we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled for the following day. The manager blew me off completely a second time, and was not at the salon again. They also lost my application entirely and wasted another 15 minutes of my time looking for it. The staff there told me that the manager would call me to reschedule again. (She didn't.) When I stated that this was already the second time I had come in for an interview, the staff members stared at me blankly and shrugged, offering no apology or explanation. I highly discourage anyone from seeking employment or even services here. If this is how they treat their potential employees, I can't imagine they have good customer service either.
