rev:text	This review is for the bakery section. We are locals and visit this area of the strip frequently. The desserts they have at Hershey's Chocolate World look amazing. We have always wanted to try them and finally we decided to splurge and give it a shot. NEVER AGAIN!! The customer service was absolutely appalling. They have you choose your items then make you wait on line so you do not see what they are getting you. I paid for my pastries and took them outside only to find out that they gave me the wrong ones. When I went back in to let her know I received a HUGE ATTITUDE! On their error! She exchanged it and then I was expected to pay the $1 difference. I said it was their mistake and I had left my wallet outside with my family not realizing that I would have to pay more. AGAIN A HUGE ATTITUDE!! The girl who served me rolled her eyes as I was leaving. I was APPALLED!! Why should their error result in an embarrassing exchange??? Is that how they treat guests? Not only was the service appalling but the cookies tasted old and their "buttercream" was cool whip-like. Did not even taste like dairy. Save your money for a good bakery because there are many on the strip and avoid this place. Biggest waste of time and $$$$.
