  • Okay, I am stingy with my stars. This place really deserves all five. Don't let the long wait discourage you. We almost did and are so glad we didn't! We were quoted a 2 hour wait time (with three little boys in tow) and actually ended up being seated within 45 minutes. We were starving, so we ordered an appetizer and two huge platters (three meat and Hogs Heaven). Whoa, it was waaaay too much food for all five of us (the kids ate off of our plates and they are big eaters). The portions are pretty darn generous, not to mention they give baskets of the best tasting cornbread I have ever tasted before your meal ever comes. Our baby back ribs were moist and tender, and I am pretty sure that I ate the best brisket of my life. The service was great! Even though they were crazy busy, our server was very attentive. A lady that seemed to be the manager also checked on us a couple times and brought us the delicious complimentary donuts at the end of or meal. We will definitely return the next time we are in town. Thanks for a great meal!
