| - After kinda being anti-social for over a month, I got a special invite from a secret co-ed Yelp frat-sor-ity. Hahaaa joking! What the heck is that? Well we had dinner during closed business hours. Thanks for the kind accommodation Chef Danny.
I walked in during the Sake lesson. Oopsie... I already knew which bottle was gonna be awesome, fragrant and flavorful. I missed snapping a shot. But look for the small light blue sake bottle with characters. Only have it chilled, never hot. Sniff before sipping - it's awesome!
What we tried:
- Age Nasu: good
- Chawan Mushi: different, interesting, liked!
- Karaage: have with sauce
- Yasai Tempura: a fried healthy choice hahaaa
- Salmon oshizushi: cool alternative to salmon roll
- Gyu Niku udon w/ enoki mushrooms: my soup, enjoyed!
- Coconut ice cream: more please!
Pleasant dining experience for a cozy atmosphere, creative and delightful cuisine, housemade broths, housemade ice cream, personal chef's creativity. And the fact that the food was not salty like the tempura batter, karaage batter, soup broth - all good!
