  • I would never go back to this location because they have a very ignorant guy that works there! Your job is to help customers not try to talk shit to them about their son serving our country because he feels the Marines are better than the Navy. First he made a comment about my Navy Federal card and when my husband said our son is in the Navy he said Sucks for him Marines are what it is all about and we said if you say so and he continued to be condescending and gave us attitude. I should have smacked the employee for being so disrespectful towards us! So glad that the Marines are so wonderful that you work at Auto Zone. As someone in management I would never keep an employee around that actually runs off your paying customers
