  • Sent my Nexus 5 to get the screen replaced. They replaced the screen alright but are neglectful in small details. Now the LED on the phone doesn't work and there is dust inside the front facing camera. I went there to get those issues resolved but was told that nobody was able to fix it cause the guy who does Nexus 5 devices was not in that day, seriously? Now it has been more than a month to get it fixed again without charge. I grew some cajones and decided to check inside the phone myself to see what they did, I got to where the LED was located in the phone and there was this silver lining material the surrounds the LED on the ribbon cable which was ripped off, there was no need for that to happen to such a small part that isn't in the way of replacing the screen, it is part of a ribbon cable that is lightly glued in and be gently pulled off the device, it was so easy to remove, even for myself. Now I wish I did the work myself after watching so many repair videos online, there was no need for such damage to be done inside the phone. Never again will I go here and will tell other people not to come here.
