  • Nom nom nom! Delicious! Recommend hand shaved noodles with beef. Potstickers are good but not outstanding. Constructive criticism: - Allocation of labor seems disproportionate. The guy who pulls noodles and the petite waitress seem to be doing all the work! As a result service is slow and when the waitress went on break, no one took our bill and I had to ask the kitchen staff about it. - Please put in more stools and tables. Additional 2 2-person tables and 3 stools can easily fit. - Some pieces of beef were too much tendon and were too big. Need to be trimmed more and cut into smaller more uniform pieces. - The wooden spoons are very chic and hipster, but they are too shallow for scooping up broth! Please get bigger spoons :)
