  • I started coming to Desert Jewel three years ago for my regular exams and for a prescription for birth control. During the past year I had a few problems that required me to come in a few more times than just my regular yearly exam. During this time I was scheduled for appointments before the office was even open and then treated like an idiot when I showed up at the time my appointment was scheduled for. Every time I came in they told me I would get a call within 7 to 10 days with my lab results. On more than one occasion I wouldn't get a call at all. After about three weeks of waiting I would end up calling in to ask and was forced to deal with incompetent staff who are more concerned with chatting with each other than helping a patient. Definitely going to be finding a new office to go to in the future.
