  • The restaurant that took over the 10 Street and 17th Ave location gives away little milkshakes with their brunch. I have been here twice now, once for drinks and pub food and once for brunch. Both times I was pleased with the service, the food and the location. Roosevelt is nice, the space is very large and they have a decent patio. I would recommend you make a reservation for the patio on hot days in summer, as it does fill up fast. Remember, Roosevelt is located on the 'shady' side of 17th Avenue, so you will get less sun than patio's across the road. But... if you are like my husband, this may be a good thing! I would go to Roosevelt if people were like, "let's go to Roosevelt." It's a nice place with lots of room, decent food and a nice atmosphere. T.
