| - So...they have you fill out a disclosure, charge you $20 per person, which was a total of $80 for myself, my husband, my daughter and son. After they charge you, they tell you that the skates are sold out from size 6 and up, but you can sit and wait for the skates to become available. Who wants to sit and wait for skates that are already paid for, and why wouldn't you tell people before you sold them tickets that the skates were sold out? So...it only took 30 seconds to take my payment, and although the manager said the money would be refunded to my account right away, I have yet to see the refund. I work for the bank. I already knew the money wouldn't go right back in...because banks don't refund over the weekend. So I was already frustrated. But I asked the manager just to see what he would say. INDEED he lied. If he doesn't know the turn around time, he should have checked. I guess I'll just sit and wait for a refund after a horrible experience. It is now the 28th. I went on the 22nd....Still no refund. So now I have to be inconvenienced, call, and ask for my money back when I didn't even touch a skate because they were sold out. Compensation? I doubt it...
