  • Getting anyone to answer a maintenance request (or even the phone for that matter) is next to impossible. They are really good at collecting rent checks, but when it comes to maintenance, even things that are issues of safety, they are nowhere to be found. No matter how clean you leave the residence and no matter how many of the improvements and repairs you do yourself, they will find a way to scam you out of your deposit. Trust me, you'd be happier living on the street than in a place that is "managed" by Robinson.
