  • The staff is horrible! I will never ever take my daughter here again! I have been taking her here for the past year and the staff has been nothing but rude ! There is one girl in particular who seems so miserable doing her job. If you are 5 minutes late she tells you that the doctors has places to be and that your appointment will be canceled. They do not do their job by faxing over proper documentation or doing any kind of verification to check and make sure you are who you say you are. They don't mail the proper paperwork or let you know if anything is due. I am sick of coming into an office of negative and unhappy people. I like the doctors but I could do without the staff. Needless to say I will be taking my daughter to another doctor for her next appointment. Customer service is key and if you don't like dealing with people or children maybe you don't need to work in this type of environment.
