  • Went in a little while ago and needed a new pair of glasses... a whole lot of crap went on in between with a lost eye exam I had gotten in Nov 2016 and them telling me my last exam was in 2015. Anyway, Cayla, one of the receptionists, helped out and was super patient while the other lady was being completely rude as soon as we walked in. She was rushing Cayla to pretty much get us out of there. At one point, she hovered behind my dad and expecting him to move out of her way when she could've gone around the other desk... like dude. Soon after she was complaining, "I just had surgery on my ankle is hurting...". GO HOME THEN LADY. After leaving, I pointed out to my mom how bad her attitude was and to find out my mom had to deal with the same attitude from the same lady before. Disappointing as hell. I'll only be back if Cayla is working :)
