  • Of coarse, when something goes wrong it's on a Sunday at closing time; I called AA hoping to leave a message for a call back on Monday and was incredibly surprised when I got a friendly person pickup, listen and schedule an appt for early in Monday. Ronald called early on Monday, came over and diagnosed our Frig problem with ease. I am so grateful for the speedy, friendly customer service by AA. When/if I have similar troubles in the future, I'll be sure to call again. These guys are an instant add to my contacts list.
