  • Wish I would have come here immediately. My experience would have made more sense. Bait and not even a switch, just bait and cancellation, though compared to other reviews I suppose we got lucky. Myself and a large group booked a property in PHX at an attractive price 5 months in advance. Chelsea confirmed we were all set via email correspondence, and then that same day our booking was cancelled due to "an internal bug" that caused the listing to be priced too low. No other explanation given. We were told how lucky we were to have our money refunded. Atleast this wasn't last minute like some others. But BEWARE.
