  • Everything went real smooth. I was kinda impressed with the initial contact with Matt. There was no high pressure selling. He simply looked up my house on Google Maps and was able to review what I needed on the phone. Installation and price was right so I ordered the Sanitech Water Softener. Installation went smooth. Installers were professional and friendly. My only gripe is that I wish the had put the pipes a little deeper on the loop installation. After installation the ice looked better and there was no softening taste in the water (sodium).
