  • My wife and two friends recently dined here..my wife relates the tale.. I've been here before and everything was fine..but that night my wife had the Chicken..Milanese she thinks it was all but uneatable ..my wife called the server over.."Well you've eaten half of it" the server said..My wife replied "Are you seeing that half you said I ate is spit out on the plate"?!...The server said.."We'll comp your drink" or words to that effect..my wife said a 9.00 comped drink is hardly sufficient..the server called the manager over..he said basically the same thing..you've eaten half your meal and we've comped your drink..my wife held her ground and ALL she ended up paying for was her drink...to be fair my wife's two friends said their meal was fine one had steak one had a simple salad..Hey folks this is not what you do at a first class restaurant..a customer has a complaint YOU FIX IT..you don't accuse them of trying to beat you out of a meal and offering a comped drink...you bring them a new plate..you get the Chef de Cuisine table side..YOU FIX IT...I can't imagine myself going to this place again.
