  • I showed Michelle a picture of what I wanted (a simple color) and she messed it up. When she realized she messed it up she blamed it on my hair not being able to take color well and tried to fix it again and had an attitude. I am pretty sure she was saying things about me in the back where they mix color because other girls came out from there and were staring right at me while she was in there. The second time she tried the color it came out really ugly and nothing like the picture and she said there was nothing she could do. Now the haircut, it looked so bad that family members were commenting on it asking what happened. I went to another salon to get it fixed and the girl said my hair cut previously was done so sloppy and poor she couldn't believe it. I had that salon fix my color as well which they asked if I did it myself because it looked so bad. I think the staff here need more training and to get an attitude adjustment. What a waste of money.
