This was my 4th year attending pure aloha. I really enjoy Hawaiian food and the culture as a whole. This year it was held at the silverton it was at the rio for the last few years. I was disappointed to see they raised the entrance fee. It was 15 dollars a person on Saturday night after 8pm which was a little steep in my opinion. It used to only be 8 bucks. When we walked in there we're plenty of booths selling cute Hawaiian souvenirs. I got a pretty hibiscus flower for my hair. They had necklaces, rings, flip flops ect pretty much anything you would find on the island is sold here. They had a lot of food options even a Mexican stand. The alcohol drinks were decently priced they were 8 each. There weren't very many rides, and they all require 4-5 tickets each so a book of 20 is only good for a couple rides between 2 people. I loved all the performances, they had reggae artists as well as hula girls. This festival is great for families and kids. I always have a great time here. I'll definitely attend next year!
