rev:text	I Love bowling and the first time I tried this place out the lanes were nicely maintained. So from then on (about three months now) I have been bowling 5-6 games twice a week. Now for a person not actually in a bowling league that's a lot of bowling. Usually the staff there is great! Lexi the bartender for example is the best and always makes my long islands just right! However, I have noticed the lanes have become more and more dry each time I have bowled there which makes it difficult to get consistency bowling. Not sure if it is because of the league schedule or not but there isn't a valid excuse for it. Anyways, last Monday (4/4/16) I thought I would try bowling there since they have an all you can bowl starting at 8pm, which is a full hour earlier than their Tuesday night $2 per game bowling (one of my usual night). So I get there at about 8:15pm and notice that the bowling league is finishing up and as I get to the check in counter a huge (30 people or more) party is just behind me. I talked to the manager and she told me there was a waiting list. I said ok, put my name on the list and went to the bar. About 10 minutes after I got there I noticed the league was over and most of the lanes were empty. I went back up to the check in counter to ask what the holdup was and the attendant told me the manager wants to close the main side which holds most of the lanes (more than half) and I have to wait for the league to finish on the other side, the short side (which holds less than half of the lanes) before I can be given a lane. I told her the large party that came in right behind me is bowling on the main side right now and they didn't have to wait, so why can't I be given a lane now? She said sorry that's what the manager said. At this point I'm confused because it's like a ghost town in the place and over 75% of all the lanes are empty. I went back to the bar and ordered some food to go with my drink thinking ok this place is almost totally empty besides this party that I found out is an In-N-Out Burger employee party and I have to be getting a lane soon. After 30 minutes of waiting for no apparent reason I'm pissed and I tell the bartender Lexi about the situation and she talks to one of the servers and he tells her that he cleaned 7 lanes a while ago and they have been ready. I go back to that same manager and ask her "so I have been waiting for a lane for 40 minutes now and the league is over and this place is empty why haven't I got my lane yet"? She says the lanes have to be cleaned, not even aware that not only are the lanes cleaned but I have been waiting for no reason! At this point I was so furious about her total disregard for a customer that I had to take pictures of the lanes to show just how ridiculous it was for me to be waiting for so long. The other staff was very apologetic and the bartender and server were the ones who actually told the check in attendant to put us on a lane immediately. The manager wasn't empathetic at all and she was the one that put us on the wait list from the beginning. This whole experience was horrible and as often as I bowl at this place I expected much better. There has been a few busy nights I have gone and this same manager was rude, but I let that go because I figured she must have been stressed out, but now I see she just doesn't care about customers or maybe she is just unhappy with her job. Either way I didn't deserve to be treated this way and nor should any customer! I could have dealt with the lanes being less than well maintained but that combined with the blatant disregard for customers will make it a must to find another location where all customers are treated with the respect they deserve! If you like to bowl as much as I do, look for another place. The lanes are not maintained like they should be and if you should run into this manager your day/night will be ruined!
