I would give this place a 0 star if I could.
The service department is TERRIBLE!!
I could write a list of the times I have been here for warranty repairs.
Between two brand new vehicles, both purchased here. I have been told " we can't duplicate that" more times than I can count. It's a pretty bad service department when you have to fix your car yourself,,, while the car is still under 100 percent warranty. For goodness sake, take 5 minutes and look at the issue with your eyes instead of using a machine. My husband found the problem in 5 minutes, and then HAD to do our own repair on a vehicle still under 100% warranty.
Today I was told, I was using the wrong button to turn my radio, thats why it skips preset channels. Really???? If the button I'm using changes channels from 1 to 5 why can't it go to 6 and above. How was this possibly the wrong button?? It's NOT!!! I believe they tell you things like that, only so later they can charge the warranty company again when you bring it back in for the same thing. I really am not stupid, I know how to turn a radio station!!!
Also my DEF gauge is stuck.....they gave me some paper work on that...but DIDN'T fix the problem.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
