rev:text	I went back to USA for my oil change as they had done a great job last time and a good price. My car is older so I know my oil changes can be pricey but it's always nice when you can save a little money. When I got there they recommended because my car was almost at the 100,000 mile check if I wanted to take care of the flush and fluids changing now. I thought heck they did such a great job last time and the price was good I said ok. Problem 1 - I knew my battery was going to need replacing down the line but didn't think right then... they ran everything that was electrical and killed my battery. Problem 2 - need a new battery, to late to do anything so I gave in. Problem 3 - oh your alternator is not charging and you could get home and try to go to work in the morning and it won't start...... that going to be more $$$... way over my budget but they offered financing... ha ha if I can't pay you now do you think stretching it out will make it any better. They kept asking and asking and I was calling every guy friend I had for advice... Then I remembered I had the extended warranty thru the dealer and opted out not to take there generous offer and took it to the dealer the next day for a diagnostic... Cost me less than half of what they wanted to charge for the new alternator and Hello, can we say... nothing was wrong with the alternator.... if I could have pushed it to Walmart for a least expense battery I would have. How can you come up with 2 different reading for a alternator??? ...as of today the car is running with no problems. Makes me wonder because me being a lone woman, end of the day, no other form of transportation was I being taken advantage of ??? I have no doubt they would have done a good job but a job that didn't need to be done.. Makes you think unfortunately that maybe I need to bring a guy friend with me just so I don't get taken advantage. They are gentlemen, nice and polite and offer coffee and TV but the cost .... My Service was in April and this review is late in posting but I was upset and didn't want to think of them after the fact ....... them thinking saying "Oh it's OK, you can finance it, just write a check"...
