  • Went through drive through. The burgers and fries were cold. Ordered 2 jr bac cheese but only had bacon on one. Ordered a tea but they only gave us water. Ordered a honey mustard and bbq but only got honey mustard. They were out of ketchup packets and didn't give us the receipt. When we asked for he receipt we realized that they charged us higher than what they we owed. Would not recommend. This is my first negative Wendy's experience:/ they were nice enough guys but I would highly recommend better quality service and more honesty/ providing the receipt.
