  • I placed an order on 1/19/18 for 20 waffle cones. I was given a pickup time when i arrived cones were not started yet. I was told to call 2 hrs later, i called, they were never made. I come back on 1/21, they opened later than posted sign. After i vented my frustration. I was told a new time. I asked if i can get a discount for time and gas wasted. The girl said owner didn't approve of. So not only i had to wait days, owner cared less of my situation. I think this franchise owner is not living up to his baskin robin standards. This place does have a bad rep. To begin with.
