  • I'm a current resident. Steer CLEAR of this place. Over the last year, this place has gotten ghetto as hell. Management dodges your calls unless they need something from you, then it's "urgent." Maintenance is all but useless. The guy will not communicate with you unless you hound him by phone. When he finally does get around to the problem, it's done half assed and you will then need to re-fix the issue on your own. Vehicles and property are vandalized on a regular basis. Management does nothing. There is no security on the grounds. Speaking of the grounds, there is constantly trash everywhere. Someone abandoned an old massage chair on the grounds. It has been here for months, literally. Again, management does nothing. By the way, I'm paying $40 a month for HOA, water and trash service in addition to my rent. Not a great deal. I called the cops today on a bunch of hood rats who were again vandalizing property. The cop himself told me that they are out here all the time and that in the last year or so, this place has gotten worse. He also informed me it was directly related to the increase of Section 8 rentals. This is a police officer telling me this. Awesome. Again, management is hands off and invisible. They only want that monthly check. Other than that, they don't care. I'm currently exploring my options. This place is not worth the almost $1000 that I pay monthly.
