I always hear about Famoso, but to me it was more "so-so" than famous-o. The overall flavour was good. I ended up creating my own pizza, as each of the original recipes had an ingredient that I didn't want, or perhaps missing out on something that I did want. My other two memories include: 1) a challenging to chew crust, which I needed to clench down hard with my teeth and pull equally as hard to rip the dough apart, and 2) the charcoal bubbles erupting all over my pizza like pimples.
