  • First of all I have to say that the staff were very friendly. BUT Holy way to slow down our happy hour hopping! Like they brought us to a grinding halt. We were having a blast bouncing from happy hour to happy hour and stopped at Pizza Rock. It took another over twenty minutes for their happy hour French fries to come out and another 30 minutes to made one personal pizza. I could understand if the place was busy but we were one of set couples in there when we arrived and there were 8 couples by the time we left. The personal happy hour pizza was delicious. Perfectly cooked and mouth watering. The frys have that horrible batter that seems to be all the rage in cheaper fast food restaurants. A French fry is already deep fried. It does not need an extra grease absorbed batter. If you're chef who insists on trying to reinvent the French fry please don't! If you do please also offer for centuries old traditional French fry. There's nothing wrong with a little rose mary or garlic but stop trying to batter my fries! In closing I will say that the restaurants motif looks Rock n roll cool and the staff were super friendly. They just need more staff so that they can get orders out at regular restaurant speeds. So if you have the time, take the time and check out the Green Valley Ranch location.
