  • Terrible experience visiting from USA on Saturday night, with nearly all the staff. I'm 28 with 4 heart surgeries. Went to ER barely able to breath with my left face and arm numb 100% sober. Especially nurse Ariel I believe it was the worst. Absolutely unbelievable what they are getting away with. Rude as all hell, would not remove the horrible IV job. They did not give me a heads up about in the first place. "Drawing a little blood" and running a IV are two different things where I'm from. And if it's painful they should move it somewhere else. Staff Constantly running out of the room just go to chat and would not move my IV to another location, even after demanding. Cannot believe I have to pay for this service as well. What the hell . Go to another one..
