  • Came here because this is the lab my job has us to come to for employee health testing. Anyways, the lady at the front desk is far from welcoming. I had an 11:15am appointment. I checked in early at 11:05am and was told to sign in on the clipboard and as I did she asked if I had an appointment. I said yes at 11:15am. She said okay and then told me to fill out my info on the tablet which I did and then had a seat. 11:30am rolled around and they were calling everyone to the window but me so I walked up to double check and she said I should of marked on the sign in sheet that I had an appointment. I thought we established this already! Anyways, my last name was called by the lab tech 5 min later, she said hello, make a fist and you're done and I was on my way. I got the job done, but I just hate rude customer service.
