  • Management has just changed, so maybe things will improve. However, I've received a notice on my door at least four to five times a month stating that the water will be shut off due to renovations and/or adding washer and dryers to the units that have requested one. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you want to improve your property by adding washers and dryers, you need to do it once or twice a month, not at every single tenants request. Those of us that live here already, with or without the hook-ups for these appliances are affected directly by your negligence and idiocy. Pick two dates a month and do all of the maintenance for these new hook ups on those days only. How embarrassing to have my family and friends from out of town not able to take a shower or flush the toilet for several hours a day...sometimes without notice. UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally, I'm never notified of when I receive packages in the mail. They will keep them in the office for MONTHS and not tell you. Do yourself a favor, and live somewhere else.
