  • I would highly recommend you go elsewhere, I have had several bad experiences with several of the sales and service staff. On multiple occasions I had to ask to be helped while all the employees were just standing around. I have been upsold several times when the work wasn't needed and am out several hundred dollars. My new Cadillac dealer was shocked at some of the sales tactics used by Coulter. They have been very honest with me, even telling me when certain services are actually required and which ones I can hold off on. I have no interest in going back and its worth the extra 30 minute drive to my new dealer.
