My friends and I decided to watch this show on our trip to Vegas in December 2016. We were surprised to see it was at the MGM Resort too.
We get to the Jabbawockeez store, and were told the theater is in the back. So strange! They need to do something about the line that forms prior to the show. It's in this awkward area and we're also blocking people who are walking in the casino.
The theater itself is small and intimate, which I don't mind. But I did not like that it was not stadium seating. The people in front of me were so tall, I had a bad view the entire show. I had to keep moving my head depending on how the person in front was watching the show. That definitely made my experience less enjoyable.
The show starts, and there is no dialogue. The story is about people living a life of "zombies"- doing the same regular things over and over again. But to be honest, I didn't really appreciate the storyline. I wish it was just all dance numbers to fun/modern songs. I didn't really enjoy the first part of the show. I thought it was dry and boring. The 2nd half of the show was more enjoyable. The two people who got up on stage were great sports and made it fun.
I wouldn't recommend this show to others. It was too expensive, and I felt ripped off when the show ended. If you are able to get free tickets, that is the way to go!
