  • Called this company at 10:30 was quoted 60 to 90 mins received a call back at 12:44 was told tech would be there 40 to 60 mins tech was picking something up and he would be on the way , I called back at 1:45 asked for a more concrete E.T.A. Was told by office worker he was leaving young town and would be at my location in Peoria ASAP I called back at 2:30 and cancelled service 2:32 received a call from tech/ field manager trying to keep the job offered to waive eval fee and said I'm 20 mins away I declined he then starts bad mouthing other companies lol some peoples children. Complete waste of time with these people good luck to anyone else who decides to hire them
