  • Doesn't even deserve 1 star- this incident was on 6/16/15about 11:30 am at scottsdale location- the girl who picked up the phone was extremely rude and talking over me as I was trying to explain to her I needed a new delivery time (their customer service line wasn't working)- I than proceeded to ask for manger and he was as dumb as rocks. Didn't solve the issue and I'm very frustrated as we spend a lot of key at this store- never again!!!!! Work on your customer service skills and communication- you don't even deserve 1 star....I will be reporting you to better business bureau as well...the lack of skills at this store makes me so angry ! I hope management does something about this behavior
